Books that match how the money moves
Journal entries and a balance sheet sit next to fee management. Fee receipts and advance deposits post to the books automatically when Accounts is switched on, and the accountant works from one set of figures.
Reports without the spreadsheet
Profit and loss and balance sheet reports are generated from the books. Every financial action is written to an audit trail showing who changed what, and when.
A Zakat calculator in the Utilities menu
The built-in Zakat calculator can work from your recorded income and expenses, or ask you for the figures it needs, so the calculation is done once and done consistently.
Included in the Rs. 30 option
Accounts are part of the Rs. 30 per-student plan and the Enterprise flat-rate plans, together with exams, payroll, communications and timetable.
See it with your own data
Every plan starts with a free trial. Pricing is per student — Rs. 15 or Rs. 30 per student per month — or a flat monthly rate.

Is this real double-entry accounting?
Yes. Accounts in EduNexa are double-entry, with journal entries and a balance sheet, not just a list of receipts.
Can an accountant have their own login?
Yes. The Accountant role sees fees, advances and accounts and nothing it does not need.
