Fee management software for schools and colleges

Fee collection is where most schools lose the most time. EduNexa turns it into a monthly routine: one run creates every family's voucher, payments are recorded against the right student, and the accountant can see what is outstanding without opening a notebook.

Vouchers for a whole class in one run

Set up your fee heads once — tuition, transport, exam fee, late fine and your own — and generate the month's vouchers for a class or the whole institute. Each voucher carries your institute's name and bank details and a QR code so it can be verified later.

  • Head-by-head fee structure per class
  • A late-fine line on every voucher
  • Printable vouchers with bank details already on them
  • QR code on every voucher to confirm it is genuine

Advance balances and family view

When a family pays ahead, the advance balance is tracked against that family, so the accountant sees where a family stands rather than a pile of separate slips.

Fees that flow into your accounts

When the Accounts module is switched on for your institute, fee receipts and advance deposits are posted to your double-entry books automatically, so month-end reporting does not depend on retyping collection sheets into a spreadsheet. Every financial action is recorded in an audit trail — who did what, and when.

Included in every EduNexa plan

Fee management is part of both per-student options (Rs. 15 and Rs. 30 per student per month) and both flat-rate plan families. Accounts, which turn those fees into proper books, are part of the Rs. 30 option.

See it with your own data

Every plan starts with a free trial. Pricing is per student — Rs. 15 or Rs. 30 per student per month — or a flat monthly rate.

Common questions

Can parents see their child's fee status?

Yes. Parents and students log in to see their own fees, attendance, results and assignments — and nobody else's.

Does EduNexa support bank-transfer payments?

Fee vouchers show your institute's bank details so families can pay by bank transfer, and the accountant records the payment against the student.
