Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

EduNexa (edunexa.pk) is an online school and college management platform operated by Muhammad Rayyan, EduNexa, PGSHS, Adyala Road, Rawalpindi. (“EduNexa”, “we”, “us”).

By registering an institute, ticking “I agree”, or using EduNexa, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy on behalf of your institute. You confirm you are at least 18 and authorised to bind the institute. If you do not agree, do not register or use the service.

2. Definitions and accounts

• Institute — the school, college or academy that registers and subscribes.
• Institute Admin — the person who registers and manages the institute’s account.
• Users — principal, staff, teachers, students and parents the institute gives access to.
• Institute Data — all information the institute or its users enter, such as student records, attendance, fees, HR and staff records, and results.

The Institute Admin must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date. Each user must keep their password secret. The institute is responsible for all activity under its accounts and must tell us at once at support@edunexa.pk about any unauthorised access.

3. Subscription plans and billing

• EduNexa is offered on the subscription plans shown on our website. Each plan sets limits such as the number of students, users or included modules.
• Fees are billed in advance for the plan period chosen, in Pakistani Rupees, and exclude applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice. Unpaid accounts may be restricted (clause 8).
• We may change plan prices with 30 days’ notice. New prices apply from your next renewal.

Launch promotion. While our current offer is running, eligible new institutes get: First 3 months free, then 50% off for 3 months, after which the normal plan price applies. A promotion is for new registrations only, one per institute, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may end or change a promotion for new registrations at any time; institutes already enrolled keep the promotion they signed up with.

4. Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation and refunds are covered in full by our Refund Policy. In short: you can cancel at any time, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except for billing errors or where the law requires a refund.

5. Acceptable use

The institute and its users must not:

• Use EduNexa for anything illegal, or to store content that is offensive, defamatory or infringes others’ rights
• Try to access another institute’s data, or bypass security or plan limits
• Upload viruses, or run scrapers, bots or load tests against the platform
• Resell, sublicense or rent EduNexa to others without our written permission
• Copy, reverse-engineer or build a competing product from EduNexa
• Send spam or unwanted messages through the platform

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Institute data

• The institute owns its Institute Data. EduNexa only processes it to provide, secure and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• The institute is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, and for having the consent or legal basis to store information about students, parents and staff, including children.
• We keep each institute’s data separate and do not sell it or use it for advertising.
• We may use anonymised, combined statistics (for example, total active institutes) to improve the service. These never identify an institute or a person.

7. Availability, support and backups

• We aim for 99% monthly uptime, excluding planned maintenance and events outside our control. This is a target, not a guarantee.
• Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible and scheduled outside school hours.
• Support is available by email (support@edunexa.pk) and WhatsApp (0371-3386392), Monday–Saturday, 9 am–6 pm PKT.
• We take regular backups of the platform. Institutes should still export important records (such as results and fee reports) regularly, because backups are for disaster recovery and may not restore single deleted records.
• We may add, change or remove features over time. We will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during its current billing period.

8. Suspension, termination and data export

We will email the Institute Admin before each step, except where immediate action is needed to protect the platform or other users. Paying overdue fees restores a suspended account.

9. Intellectual property

EduNexa’s software, design, logo, name and documentation belong to Muhammad Rayyan. During an active subscription, the institute gets a limited, non-transferable right to use EduNexa for its own internal purposes. Any feedback or suggestions you give us may be used to improve EduNexa without payment to you.

10. Liability and indemnity

• EduNexa is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be error-free or always available.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the institute paid us in the 12 months before the claim. During a free period, our liability is limited to PKR 10,000.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, admissions or reputation, or for errors in data entered by the institute.
• We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as internet, power or hosting outages, natural disasters or government action.
• The institute will cover our losses from claims caused by its breach of these Terms or by its data (for example, uploading data without the required consent).

11. Changes, governing law and contact

• We may update these Terms. For important changes we will email Institute Admins at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith for 15 days, and then go to the courts of Rawalpindi.
• If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
