Refund Policy
1. Cancelling your subscription
The Institute Admin can cancel at any time by emailing support@edunexa.pk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep full access until then.
2. When fees are refunded
| Situation | Refund |
|---|---|
| Cancelling partway through a paid period | No refund for unused time |
| Charged twice, or charged the wrong amount | Full refund of the extra amount within 14 working days of confirmation |
| EduNexa ends the service for reasons not caused by the institute | Refund of the unused part of prepaid fees |
| Free or promotional period (including the launch promotion) | Nothing to refund; no charge is made |
| Account suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms | No refund |
| Where Pakistani law requires a refund | As required by law |
3. How to request a refund
Email support@edunexa.pk within 30 days of the charge with your institute name, invoice number and the reason. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or bank account.
4. Your data after cancellation
After your subscription ends you can export your data for 30 days. It is then permanently deleted, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
